Roger attended Warren Wilson College, Swannanoa, North Carolina and received his Massage Certification from the Somerset School of Massage, Wall, New Jersey in 2001.

Roger is also a Certified Zen Therapist and a Biosync Practitioner since 1995 and he is also Nationally Certified for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB) and is certified as a Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).

Roger specializes in Sports Injury and Rehabilitation Therapy. His work combines Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Active Isolated Stretching, Reflexology, Reiki, Zen Therapy and Biosync techniques.

Combining his unique background and knowledge of the body with his personal training experience, Roger offers his clients a unique situation in which to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Roger works with athletes of all levels as well as people from all walks of life. He continues his education in stretching and flexibility techniques as well as Myofascial Release and Orthopedic Massage techniques.

Roger has run four marathons and enjoys travel, outdoor adventures, exercise, cooking and gardening.

Fitness Trainer

I am an enthusiastic and dedicated team player in the fitness industry my whole life.

I have concentrated on specialized personal training over the last 14 years. Over this period of time, I have successfully trained over a 100 individual clients to reach their fitness and life goals we set together. My clients range from middle school athletes to elderly diagnosed with Parkinson and in between. A few of my clients feedback’s are “she truly cares, always fun, never the same workout ever, she gets you, she gets the struggle, and she able to teach you how to balance life and your health to obtain your goals of a better you.“ In addition to singular personal training, I have trained 1,000’s in group fitness. My classes are not cookie cutter and are mixture of Tabata, Barre, Pilates, Ply-yoga, with a boot camp finish.

My motto is WORKOUTS ARE MY CAFFEINE.
