RYPP (Restorative Youth Performance Program)

A series of exercises when used consistently as a warm-up prior to practices and games will assist in preventing some of the following injuries: hip bursitis, knee cartilage tears, patellar pain syndrome, infrapatellar tendinitis (jumper's knee), ACL tears, Iliotibial band (ITB) issues and other common muscle pulls (groin and calf strains), shin splints, Achilles tendinitis and ankle sprains.
