Athletic Performance
 

High Intensity private training sessions designed to improve athletic performance. Programs focus on:

In our one-on-one sessions, you will be working with one of our trainers to meet your needs and achieve your goals. This program will include a physical assessment, movement screen and development of your personalized program.

Note: Small group training allows individuals/athletes of similar fitness levels to work together with one of our trainers. The individuals/athletes can choose to pick their own workout partners or can be placed with a group of similar abilities and needs.
