Therapeutic Fitness is a personal
fitness and training studio located in Point Pleasant NJ.
We are dedicated to motivating people to achieve their health and
fitness goals. Whether your goal is weight loss, training
for a marathon, triathlon or a 5K or just getting healthy to keep up
with the kids, our staff of certified trainers are
there for you; every step of the way.
We offer personal assessment and training
programs, group classes, yoga and
specific sports clinics for the teen or adult athlete.
Our training philosophy is based on movement, strength, flexibility and
the commitment to achieve.

confidence in yourself.
Roger attended Warren Wilson College, Swannanoa, North Carolina and
received his Massage Certification from the Somerset School of Massage,
Wall, New Jersey in 2001.
Roger is also a Certified Zen Therapist and a Biosync Practitioner since
1995 and he is also Nationally Certified for Therapeutic Massage and
Bodywork (NCTMB) and is certified as a Personal Trainer through the
American Council on Exercise (ACE).
Roger specializes in Sports Injury and Rehabilitation Therapy. His work
combines Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage,
Swedish Massage, Active Isolated Stretching, Reflexology, Reiki, Zen
Therapy and Biosync techniques.
Combining his unique background and knowledge of the body with his
personal training experience, Roger offers his clients a unique
situation in which to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Roger works with athletes of all levels as well as people from all walks
of life. He continues his education in stretching and flexibility
techniques as well as Myofascial Release and Orthopedic Massage
techniques.
Roger has run four marathons and enjoys travel, outdoor adventures,
exercise, cooking and gardening.
Bob is an enthusiast and has a passion for learning. He attended
University of Utah and Golden Gate University, graduating with an MBA in
Taxation. For 35 years, he worked as a CPA and International Tax Partner
with Deloitte & Touche, an international tax and accounting firm, until
he retired in 2004. Since a traditional retirement life was not in the
plan for Bob, he returned to school to study personal training at Ocean
County College.
Today, Bob has trained and completed 19 marathons and over 50 triathlons
including this year's 2009 Ford Ironman Louisville race. Bob works with
individuals looking to train for the big race. He is an expert at
mapping out a strategy for athletes who are looking to set their
personal best or maintain their competitive edge.
